The idea behind modular configuration is to define a spatial solution that is capable of growing and adapting according to the need to change; or according to varied conditions in different places. It seeks to achieve a connection with the environment through the public space since the geometry is not site-specific; it is configured around the needs and demands of the different communities.

A flexible matrix is ​​created that regulates the generation of fillings and voids, generating in the perimeter of the project a condition of duality where the inside and the outside are diffuse, and are distinguished more by the condition of cover rather than by the perimeter axes.

The module generates wide and flexible spaces in which they can have several uses in themselves, but through repetition has the ability to adopt different uses and typologies.

The permeability and transparency are present in this project through the accesses, since it seeks to generate a filter between the most public areas such as the street and the most private sites of the building, but in turn, the same roof of the building generates a lot of gaps.
