Licitación EMP

Project developed by Javier Ochoa's team of architects, the EPM contest, in Bello Antioquia, next to the Pedro Nel Ospina battalion, it is required to achieve the maximum benefit of the lot, and to combine uses  

A service road guarantees access to the project from the north highway, from there, a ramp on which the first section ascends from the service road to the commercial parking lot, where it starts again until it reaches the first floor of parking lots in the residential area and the last section leads to the second level of parking.  

The boulevard is surrounded by commercial premises on the ground floor and service spaces on the upper floors creating a filter between the most public areas and the residential area, the housing buildings that are located inside the project are arranged around the park and common areas. 

The ceiling of the parking lots of the residential area will be used for a recreational park and recreational activities, in the parking lots of the commercial area the use of parklets is implemented.
